Sources in Syria reported a massive airstrike in the ancient city of Palmyra on Wednesday, believed to be carried out by the Israeli Air Force, which has yet to comment on the claims.
At least three targets were reportedly hit, with images and videos showing massive plumes rising from the location of the strikes.
