Israel faces driest winter in a century, relies on water technology to cope

The Israeli Water Authority announced on Sunday that the nation is facing its driest winter in a century. Israel has reportedly only received 55% of the average rainfall it normally gets during the crucial winter period, which typically lasts from October until March.
