PASADENA, Calif.—Pasadena is poised to become the first Southland city to require all of its municipal workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 once one of the vaccines receives full approval from the Food and Drug Administration. Pasadena City Manager Steven Mermell told city council July 19 night the vaccination policy is being drafted by staff.
