The commander of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Spokesperson’s Unit, Brig.-Gen. Daniel Hagari will be replaced by Brig.-Gen. Effie Defrin, the former head of the IDF’s International Cooperation unit, the Israel Defense Forces announced on Sunday.
