In one of the deadliest attacks in western Ukraine since the Russian invasion began, a TV tower in Rivne, a city between Kyiv and Lviv, was shelled earlier this week, killing 20 people. FRANCE 24’s Gulliver Cragg reports from a Rivne regional TV station, where journalists have resumed work despite the dangers.
