Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has announced the appointment of Nick Flynn as its new General Manager. Flynn brings over 20 years of international experience in culinary arts, operations, and executive leadership to the role.

Flynn’s previous experience includes senior leadership roles within the Shangri-La group.

Flynn plans to focus on sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship during his tenure. The resort aims to balance its luxury offerings with efforts to protect the fragile ecosystem of the Maldives.

The resort, located on two private islands in the Maldives, is known for its unique features, including Ithaa, the world’s first undersea restaurant, and The Muraka, an undersea residence.
