U.S. President Donald Trump reiterated that he wants the United States to take responsibility for Gaza , after earlier comments that he wanted to end the Gaza War “as quickly as possible,” which seemed to indicate support for a ceasefire deal leaving the Palestinian Authority in power over the enclave.
