Convicted rapist and disgraced “That 70s Show” alum Danny Masterson has been transferred to a minimum-security prison after less than a month at a maximum-security facility.

According to state records, Masterson was moved to California’s Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo to serve out his 30-year sentence after being found guilty of two counts of forcible rape that occurred between 2001 and 2003.

A third count of rape made by a long-term girlfriend could not be reached b the jury during Masterson’s trial.

Men’s Colony is a medium-and-minimum-security facility located in California.

According to Deadline, Masterson was transferred due to concerns for “the inmate’s well-being.”

Masterson, 47, was sent to Corcoran State Prison in January. It is the same prison where the late Charles Manson was held for two decades before he died in 2017.

The Scientologist was reportedly placed in the facility’s Level 4 housing unit — the highest tier of security available at the prison. Inmates are placed at this level when they need extra protection and or supervision.

In late December, Masterson was transferred to North Kern State Prison in Delano. He will be eligible for parole in 2042 — when he’s 66 years old.

There, he was placed in a group called privilege group U — which prohibits family visits and access to personal property while limiting entertainment access.

He was allowed one phone call his first week at the prison, and after that, he was restricted to one call per month as long as he was in privileged group U.

Last month, Masterson was denied bail pending appeal after the judge believes he’ll flee because he has “no wife to go home to” and could remain in custody for the rest of his life.

The judge said Masterson has “every incentive to flee” following his divorce from his wife of 12 years, Bijou Phillips, and will have nowhere to return to and could become a flight risk.

Phillips, 43, filed for divorce from Masterson on Sept. 19, just 12 days after Judge Olmedo handed down his conviction.

Phillips was granted legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old daughter, Fianna, in October.

Masterson was found guilty on two out of three counts of rape in May. The three women were members of the Church of Scientology, as is Masterson.

Masterson, 47, was tried for a second time over charges he raped three women at his Hollywood Hills home in the early 2000s.

The jury deliberated for more than a week before reaching their verdict, finding him guilty in two instances but being hung on a third count.
